You can book a tour directly on our website by selecting your desired tour, choosing a date, and completing the payment process. You can also contact our customer service for assistance.

3. What is your cancellation policy?

Receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit or reschedule in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to inquire about cancellations. No-shows will be charged the full price.

4. Are tours suitable for children?

All our tours have a minimum age requirement. Customers must be 18+ to book a tour. You can contact customer service for any inquiries in age requirements.  

5. What should I wear or bring on the tour?

We recommend comfortable clothing and appropriate shoes for each adventure. Be sure to bring any personal items like water, insect repellant, extra clothing, and any other item you may need. Make sure to read our section “What to Wear and Bring” on each tour before booking.
